The name
Named after Athena, goddess of wisdom and strategic thought.
The figure behind the name
Athena was born from the head of Zeus, fully grown and armed. The goddess of wisdom, crafts and strategic thinking, she was the protector of Athens, and the owl and the olive tree are her symbols. Wisdom is knowledge kept in order, and Athena keeps your notes and tables.
